Jan facilitates a variety of corporate and securities matters including entity formation, equity and debt financing, securities law compliance, stock and stock plan administration, corporate governance, and mergers and acquisitions. She also assists with trademark matters.

Prior to joining Montgomery & Hansen, Jan worked as a Knowledge Management Specialist at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. Before that, Jan was a Corporate and Securities Paralegal at Cooley LLP, where she handled corporate and security matters for a variety of public and private companies.

Jan earned a B.A. degree from Cornell University and a paralegal certificate from the Santa Clara University School of Law.
