Coleman has been practicing corporate law in Silicon Valley since 2004. He works with entrepreneurs and startup teams to create and maintain a corporate structure, protect and exploit intellectual property, seek and raise capital, recruit and retain employees and other service providers, and achieve successful exits for stakeholders. Coleman has also represented venture-capital, angel and strategic investors in various financing and M&A transactions. His experience includes work in the consumer Internet, mobile, biotech, cleantech, and semiconductor spaces.

Before joining M&H, Coleman worked in the corporate group at Fenwick & West and the legal department of a biotech startup.

Coleman holds a B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a J.D. and M.A. from the University of Minnesota.
