As one of Montgomery & Hansen's paralegals, Aubrie works with start-up companies from inception to exit. She works closely with clients on their incorporation documents and corporate governance. Aubrie also helps administer stock option plans, prepares due diligence materials, and supports M&H’s attorneys and paralegals with various transactions, including financings and mergers and acquisitions.

Aubrie received her B.A. in Paralegal Studies and her Paralegal Certificate from Humphrey's College in Stockton, California.
